Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases made at costagraficacr.com, the online store of Costa Gráfica, 3-101-971463, with its workshop at Av. 1A, Calle 33, San José, Costa Rica. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Costa Rican colones and include VAT (IVA).
  • Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.
  • Prices may change without notice, but we always honor the price you paid for your order.

2. How your order works

  1. You place your order in the store.
  2. You send us your design by WhatsApp at 8334 2779 with your order number. If you bought "Diseño a la medida" (custom design), we design it for you.
  3. We send you a digital proof of each product.
  4. We only produce after you approve the proof.
  5. We ship it with Correos or you pick it up at our workshop.

If we don't receive your design or a reply to the proof within 30 days, we'll cancel the order and refund your money.

3. Your designs

  • By sending us a logo, image or text, you confirm you have the right to use it.
  • Check the proof carefully: text, phone numbers, spelling and colors are your responsibility once approved.
  • Colors on screen may look slightly different from the printed product.
  • Designs we create through the "Diseño a la medida" service are for your use. We may show photos of our work on social media unless you ask us not to.

4. Availability

Some products (mugs, glasses, shirts, caps and others) depend on our suppliers' stock. If a model, color or size isn't available, we'll offer you an alternative or refund your money.

5. Electronic invoice

If you need an electronic invoice (factura electrónica) in your name or your company's, message us on WhatsApp at 8334 2779 with your order number and your details: ID type and number (cédula), name or company name, and email.

6. Cancellations, returns and shipping

These are covered by our Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Protection.
