Refund policy

At Costa Gráfica every product is made to order, with the design you send us or the one we create for you. That's why we send you a digital proof to approve before we produce anything.

Before you approve the proof: cancel for free

Until you approve the design proof, you can cancel your order and we'll refund 100% of what you paid. For online orders you have the right to withdraw within 8 calendar days of purchase, under Costa Rica's Law 7472.

To cancel, message us on WhatsApp at 8334 2779 or email contacto@costagraficacr.com with your order number.

After you approve the proof

Once you approve the proof, we start producing your order with your design, text and colors. Because the product is personalized and can't be sold to anyone else, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for errors in text or details you already approved in the proof.

Defective or damaged products

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print that doesn't match the approved proof, or damage from shipping, we'll replace it at no cost or refund your money.

• Let us know within 3 calendar days of receiving it, by WhatsApp or email.
• Send photos of the product and the packaging, along with your order number.
• If needed, we'll ask you to send the product back; in that case we cover the shipping.

Slight color differences between your screen and the printed product, and natural variations of the material (for example, the frosted finish of glass or the texture of fabric), are not considered defects.

How we refund you

Refunds go back to the same payment method you used, within 8 calendar days of approval. How long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank.
