At Costa Gráfica we protect your personal data in accordance with Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals with Regard to the Processing of Their Personal Data.

What data we collect

• For your order: name, email, phone number, shipping address and any billing details you give us.
• Your designs: the logos, images and text you send us to produce your order.
• Payment: handled by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
• Browsing: Shopify uses cookies to make the store and cart work and to measure visits.

What we use it for

• Producing, shipping and tracking your order.
• Contacting you by WhatsApp or email about your order and your design proof.
• Issuing your electronic invoice (factura electrónica) when you ask for one.
• Sending you news or offers only if you said yes; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only with those we need to fulfill your order: Shopify (our store platform), the payment gateway, Correos de Costa Rica for shipping and our accountant for invoicing. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@costagraficacr.com. We reply within 5 business days at most. We keep your order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
