Shipping policy

Production time

We produce your order in 2 to 7 business days after you approve the design proof. For large orders or products we need to order in, we'll confirm the date by WhatsApp.

Shipping anywhere in Costa Rica

We ship with Correos de Costa Rica anywhere in the country for ₡3,000, no matter how many products are in your order. Correos usually delivers in 1 to 3 business days; that time depends on Correos and your area.

When we ship your order, we'll send you the tracking number so you can follow it.

Pickup at our workshop

You can also pick up your order for free at our workshop: Av. 1A, Calle 33, San José. Choose "Pickup" at checkout and we'll let you know by WhatsApp when it's ready. Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..

Your address

Addresses in Costa Rica use landmarks: include the province, canton, district and clear directions (for example, "400 m west of the ice cream shop"). If the address is incomplete or the package comes back because no one was there, reshipping has a cost.

Shipping outside Costa Rica

For now we only ship within Costa Rica.
